Conclusion of a framework agreement for the procurement of Fortinet products and maintenance for BG ETEM and the other eligible users (BGHW, BG Verkehr and SIGUV GbR)

BG ETEM and other eligible users intend to procure necessary components, licenses and maintenance from the manufacturer Fortinet Inc. to supplement/expand and replace existing infrastructure.

Since BG ETEM and the other consumers have employees specially trained for these components and the new components to be procured are to be seamlessly integrated into the existing infrastructure and the management tools and processes available for it, a pre-determination is expressly made to the manufacturer Fortinet, Inc. – hereinafter referred to as Fortinet for short.
