LAZBW Aulendorf New construction of multifunctional building - fire protection and insulation work
The present building is the new construction of a multifunctional building in the LAZBW in Aulendorf. This includes a milking area for cows from the neighbouring barn on one half and a seminar area on the other half. In the basement there are social rooms and technical rooms.
Insulation work on heating systems:
The supply and return pipes of heating pipes are insulated with aluminium-laminated mineral wool. In impact-prone areas, the insulation is clad with a sheet metal sheathing.
In the barn area, all insulated media-carrying pipes are sheathed with sheet metal.
Insulation work on ventilation systems :
All supply and exhaust air ducts are insulated with aluminium-laminated mineral wool insulation. Joints are glued with aluminum tape. Within the areas to be supplied, the lines are not insulated.
All outside air ducts are bonded with a highly flexible, closed-cell, synthetic rubber insulation to make it diffusion-tight.
The exhaust air duct is clad 5 meters from the façade into the building with synthetic rubber insulation to make it diffusion-tight.
