1. The subject matter of the contract is: successive deliveries of vegetables in accordance with

The supplier undertakes to deliver the goods to the warehouse in Wędrzyn, Czerwieńsk and to unload the delivered goods at his own expense in the assortment and quantities specified on the basis of the order placed by the recipient according to the schedule below (table in the Terms of Reference)
