The subject of the contract is the successive collection by the Contractor from the area of the Waste Treatment Plant in Bierków 120, 76-200 Słupsk, the energy fraction of waste resulting from the sorting of municipal waste, constituting according to the waste classification - other waste [including mixed substances and items from mechanical waste treatment other than those mentioned in 19 12 11] - code 19 12 12 (high-energy fraction), in order to subject them to recovery processes involving their processing in order to prepare for further recovery, including recycling, or recovery or disposal by means of thermal transformation, in accordance with decisions held by the Contractor.

The deadline for completing the contract is 12 months from the date of signing the contract, however, the provision of services will start from 1/10/2019. Amount of waste planned for disposal with code 19 12 12 from the date of the contract, but not longer than for a period of 12 months, will be: 6.000 Mg / year - loose waste, 15.000 Mg / year - zbelowane waste.
