Conclusion of a framework agreement to provide the service of organizing and conducting courses of Polish as a foreign language for participants of the project "Mazovia for Ukraine". The participants of the project are people arriving from Ukraine in connection with the ongoing armed conflict in Ukraine within the meaning of the Act of 12 March 2022 on assistance to Ukrainian citizens in connection with the armed conflict on the territory of this country (Journal of Laws, item 583 with poźn.zm).

The subject of the contract is to conduct courses of Polish as a foreign language for citizens of Ukraine as part of the project "Mazovia for Ukraine" includes conducting a Polish language course for a total (in relation to all NUTS3 subregions), a maximum of 1000 (in words: one thousand) project participants (hereinafter: UP) - in relation to all NUTS 3 and all Contractors selected during these proceedings. The service is a group course of learning Polish, with the assumption that the Contracting Authority plans an average of 40 hours of learning per one participant of the project, depending on the level (A, B). The service is to comply with the Regulation of the Minister of National Education of 18 February 2011 on the framework program of Polish language courses for foreigners (Journal of Laws No. 61, item 306). Polish language will be taught in the Mazowieckie Voivodeship.
