The object of the assignment is the elaboration of ICT trust relationships in connection with ZAS (merger name of ZNA and GZA)

The integration process and required ICT transformation plan was greatly intensified and further shaped in Q4/2022, whereby the following objectives (Must Have's) were formulated:

From 1/1/2024:

1. All users (~10000) of GZA and ZNA have the possibility to receive and send mails from the same email domain (zas.be).

2. We have realized the ZAS identity in the target ZNA tenant.

This needs assessment describes the results of the analysis already carried out and the required short-term migration activities to be carried out in 2023 at the level of tenants and e-mail to be migrated.

Medium and long-term activities with regard to Active Directory & M365 Tenant were also formulated, which are not part of this assignment but may have to be started from 2024 on the basis of Article 38/1 of the Royal Decree Implementation of 14 January 2013.
