The procurement is carried out as a coordinated procurement between Hässleholm, Kristianstad, Östra Göinge municipality's Purchasing Centre. After completion of the procurement, Östra Göinge Municipality, as Purchasing Centre, intends to sign framework agreements where other contracting authorities and entities as described below are entitled to call-offs. Osby, Hörby, Höör and Bromölla municipalities are part of the joint purchasing centre as Östra Göinge municipality and thus have the right to call off signed framework agreements from the start of the agreement.
