Provision of cleaning services and other auxiliary activities for patients of Giżycka Ochrony Zdrowia Sp z o.o.

The subject of the contract is the provision of services consisting in particular of:

1) maintaining cleanliness in the buildings of Giżycka Ochrony Zdrowia Sp. z o.o., i.e. comprehensive, professional cleaning and maintaining cleanliness in the rooms listed in Annex 10 to the SWZ,

2) intra-hospital transport service, outside the hospital to and from the clinic at 4 Bohaterów Westerplatte Street in Giżycko and the hospital pharmacy and general warehouse, in accordance with the guidelines set out in Annex 13 to the SWZ,

3) performing assistance work on the patient, in accordance with the guidelines set out in Annex 13 to the SWZ,

4) and the provision and continuity of supply of:

a) appropriate cleaning products m.in: paper towels, toilet paper, liquid soap, plastic bags and appropriate disinfectants and hand care products,

b) small equipment in the necessary quantity for the use of the above-mentioned means m.in.: soap dispensers, disinfectants and hand care products, towel dispensers, toilet paper holders, brushes

toilet seats, waste bins, containers for disinfecting ducks, swimming pools, bowls, doormats for passageways, etc.
