The subject of the contract is the implementation of the task: "Establishment of a transfer center in Sokołów Podlaski along with the development of the related communication system of the Sokołowski poviat" - reconstruction of poviat road No. 3921W on the section Nieciecz Włościańska - Jabłonna Lacka.

The subject of the contract includes the reconstruction of poviat road No. 3921W on the section Nieciecz Włościańska - Jabłonna Lacka, in the scope of:

- construction of a communication bicycle path,

- reconstruction of road surface, exits,

- reconstruction of culverts,

- vertical and horizontal marking

(in accordance with Annex 6 to the ToR).

Change of construction, cycle path km 6 + 520 - 15 + 900, i.e.

- stabilization of crushed aggregate 0-31.5 mm with cement of Rm 2.5-5.0 MPa - 10 cm after compaction,

- aggregate 0–31.5 mm mechanically stabilized - 15 cm after compaction.
