The scope of the service includes the collection and management of municipal waste from owners of real estate residing in the Radzanowo commune. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Annex 7 to the ToR and the draft contract constituting Annex 6 to the ToR.

The subject of the contract is the collection and management of municipal waste from real estate inhabited in the Radzanowo commune in the period from 01/03/2020. until 31.12.2021 The scope of the subject of the contract, including the obligations of the Contractor are described in detail in the ToR and annexes to the ToR, including in the draft contract. The basis for determining the amount of remuneration payable to the Contractor will be a rate of 1Mg of individual types of municipal waste received and managed.
