This service contract covers insurance services, supplementary pensions, referred to in CPV No 66520000-1, which more specifically concern supplementary pension services with regard to public pension liabilities ('2 e pillar").

The purpose of the contract is to entrust an approved insurance undertaking with group insurance for a supplementary pension, of the "defined contribution" type, with guaranteed performance, for current and future members of the contractual staff of the City of Antoing.

The pension commitment relates to the payment of a capital at maturity with the possibility for the affiliate or, in case of death, his successors, to request conversion of the capital into an annuity, in accordance with article 28 , § 1 st of the law of 28.4.2003 referred to above.
