The Broadband County (BBFT) provides communication services and access to the internet to its owners. At present the service is provided by a third-party, based on a principle of using optical fibre owned by BBFT for physical connections, and utilisation of electronics owned by a third-party for service production.

At present The Broadband County has an interim system which covers some conditions that do not cover the agreement with the third-party.

The objective of the procurement is to establish a separate network for this service production, based on that the Broadband County within the end of 2016, shall own both electronics and optical fibre.
