The subject of the contract is services in the field of forest management as defined in Article 6 (1) point 1 of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (text one: Journal of Laws of 2021 item 1275 as late as “Forests Act”) covering works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, the scope of the object of the contract includes the total quantities of works in the field of forest farming and protection of the forest, fire protection, harvesting and logging, landscaping, development Tourism resulting from Annexes No 3.1 - 3.5 to SWZ.

The subject of the contract is forest management services as defined in Article 6 (1) (1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on Forests (text: Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1275, as amended — 'Forests Act') covering work on forest farming and conservation, fire protection, harvesting and breaking timber and tourist development to be carried out in the territory of the Forest District of Sarnaka, in the forestry of Korczew in the year 2022.

The scope of work includes:

a) harvesting and rip of wood - 10360 m3,

b) timber chaskage — 60 m3

c) other hourly work from acquisition: tractor - 30 hours, manual 300 h.

d) renewal — 3,65 hectares,

(e) cultivation — 38,87 ha

f) nurturing juveniles — 9,50 ha

(g) agrotechnical melioration (cutting of linings and subtrees, aligning and laying residues into undersized piles, shrubs and shrubs, raspberries, blackberries) — 10,00 ha,

(h) ahead of soil preparation — 4,47 ha,

(i) amendments — 0,40 ha,

(j) work on forest protection, fire protection, tourist development, including: protection of crops from game using repellents, insect search and lining and control of pest traps, cleaning of nesting booths and bat shelters, alignment and laying of residues in piles, burning of wood residues, soil testing, cleaning of forest garbage, bark bark bark bark corking, mesh crop fencing, tearing and repair of fences, cleaning of land on strips.

(j) work on forest protection, fire protection, tourist development, including: protection of crops from game using repellents, insect search and lining and control of pest traps, cleaning of nesting booths and bat shelters, alignment and laying of residues in piles, burning of wood residues, soil testing, cleaning of forest garbage, bark bark bark bark corking, mesh crop fencing, tearing and repair of fences, cleaning of land on strips.

(h) ahead of soil preparation — 3,35 hectares,

(i) amendments — 1,58 ha,

(j) work on forest protection, fire protection, tourist development, including: protection of crops from game using repellents, insect search and lining and control of pest traps, cleaning of nesting booths and bat shelters, alignment and laying of residues in piles, burning of extracurricular residues, soil burnishing, cleaning of forest garbage, bark bark corking and destruction, mesh crop fencing, tearing and repair of fences, ordering of land on strips.
