Description:
Service for the collection, transport and collection and/or management of waste code 19 12 12 originating in the ZUOK in Hryniewicczach

The subject of the contract is the provision of services of collection, transport and collection and / or management of waste with code 19 12 12 from ZUOK in Hryniewicze classified in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of 2 January 2020 on the waste catalog (Journal of Laws of 2020, item 10) as waste with code 19 12 12 - other waste (including mixed substances and objects) from mechanical treatment of waste other than those listed in 19 12 11 - calorific fraction generated in the process of mechanical treatment of large-size municipal waste with a size of more than 80 mm in the installations of the Municipal Waste Utilization Plant in Hryniewicze, in the amount of 1000 Mg in R1-R12 recovery processes in accordance with Annex 1 of the Waste Act of 14 December 2012 (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2022, item 699, as amended) (basic order).

1. The Contractor is obliged to manage all the collected waste in one of the R1 – R12 recovery processes in accordance with Annex 1 of the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2022, item 699, as amended).

2. The Contracting Authority did not conduct tests in the field of calorific value, humidity and chlorine and ash content in waste covered by the tender procedure.

3. Loading of waste at the ZUOK in Hryniewicze lies on the side of the Ordering Party and will be carried out with the help of a loader. Waste will be transferred in bulk. The waste storage site is unroofed and is a paved yard.

4. Waste collection will be carried out by the Contractor taking into account the current demand of the Ordering Party for waste collection, subject to the obligation to exhaust the total amount of waste under the basic order, subject to the possibility of increasing it by the Ordering Party if the option is used. The minimum weekly number of waste collections from the Ordering Party is 5 courses, in the case of the first and last calendar week of the Agreement, a relatively smaller number of waste collection courses is allowed. The amount of waste collected may change, however, the Ordering Party guarantees the amount of one-time collection within the limits of the full capacity of the Contractor's means of transport while maintaining applicable regulations.
