The turnkey consultancy includes all relevant consultancy services in connection with the preparation of the building programme, schedule, design, regulatory processing, tendering, tender evaluation, contracting with contractors and handling client supervision during the construction work and in connection with the completion and delivery of the project to the developer, including final 1-year review.
