The subject of the contract is the service of collection and transport of municipal waste from inhabited and mixed properties located in the area of the Łeba Municipality and PSZOK in 2024.

The subject of the contract is the provision of services consisting in particular of:

a) collection of municipal waste from properties where residents live and mixed properties located within the administrative borders of the city of Łeba;

b) collection of waste collected at the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (PSZOK) at 1 Wspólna Street in Łeba;

c) transport of collected mixed municipal waste and selectively collected municipal waste (excluding biodegradable waste) to the Installation of ZZO "Czysta Błękitna Kraina" Sp. z o.o., Czarnówko 34, 84-351 Nowa Wieś Lęborska;

d) transport of collected biodegradable waste to the Installation Water Company "Łeba", 1 Wspólna Street, 84-360 Łeba;

(e) the purchase and delivery of bags for the separate collection of municipal waste to property owners;

f) organizing a family ecological picnic to promote selective collection of municipal waste;

g) each time informing the Contracting Authority about any cases of cleanliness and order in the Łeba Municipality that is inconsistent with the provisions of the Regulations.
