The property management service to be acquired includes property management services according to the service descriptions. The service provider undertakes to carry out property management services in accordance with the requirements of real estate in order to maintain the quality level described in the contract programme and service descriptions.

Target specific service descriptions, maintenance programs and treatment area maps are in the subscriber's service book. To log in to the service book, the provider must request the IDs by email support@buildercom.fi. The title of the email must be absolutely marked: Jyväskylä Parochial/Property Management Competition.
