1. The object of the order is the provision of services of the Polish Pavilion Operator at the World Expo 2020 Dubai Exhibition.

2. As part of the service of the Polish Pavilion Operator at the EXPO 2020 World Exhibition in Dubai, the Contractor will be responsible for carrying out the following tasks:

(a) the provision of the services necessary to ensure the operation of the Polish Pavilion;

(b) securing the logistical and organizational operation of the Polish Pavilion and the events organised by the Ordering Party.

3. The Contractor is obliged to fulfill the object of the contract in accordance with this SWZ, including as described in the subject of the contract (hereinafter referred to as “OPZ”), constituting Annex No 1 to the SWZ.

The object of the order is the provision of services of the Polish Pavilion Operator at the World Expo 2020 Dubai Expo.

2. As part of the service of the Polish Pavilion Operator at the EXPO 2020 World Exhibition in Dubai, the Contractor will be responsible for carrying out the following tasks:

(a) the provision of the services necessary to ensure the operation of the Polish Pavilion;

(b) securing the logistical and organizational operation of the Polish Pavilion and the events organised by the Ordering Party.

3. The Contractor is obliged to fulfill the object of the contract in accordance with this SWZ, including as described in the subject of the contract (hereinafter referred to as “OPZ”), constituting Annex No 1 to the SWZ.
