The object of the contract is the restoration and maintenance of the operational readiness of the individual software Wohnen in Munich (WIM), the adaptation of the specialized application WIM (modification and creation of system components) and the corresponding transfer of knowledge at the beginning of the contract and at the end of the contract. The technical basis of WIM is Java and the proprietary trend/framework.

An EVB-IT service contract is to be concluded for 48 months. This includes 3 packages:

One for restoring uptime, one for upgrading infrastructure elements for a maximum of 50 person days (PT) per year, and one for Servicenet. The provision of services shall be carried out as a fixed price or service at cost. A minimum acceptance of 200 personal days per year is guaranteed.
