Receiving and landscaping of solid municipal waste from the area of the City of Radlin with division into 3 tasks.

Task 1: The contract is subject to the performance of a service in the field of receiving and landscaping of solid municipal waste, from properties on which residents reside and uninhabited properties used for recreational and leisure purposes located within the administrative town of Radlin.

Task 2: The contract is subject to the performance of a service in the field of receiving and landscaping of solid municipal waste from the buildings of the City Office in Radlin.

Task 3: The object of the order is the collection and management of waste from street baskets and wild dumps collected on the basis of the Municipal Economy Department in Radlin.

Estimated amount of waste during the order fulfillment period [Mg] 16 250 Mg.

The contract is covered by the performance of services in the field of receipt and management of solid municipal waste from buildings of the City Office in Radlin, according to the provisions of the act of

13 September 1996 on the maintenance of cleanliness and order in the municipalities, the law of 14 December 2012 on waste, the provisions of the existing Waste Management Plan for Silesian Voivodeship adopted and the provisions of the Rules of Procedure of Purity and Order in the City of Radlin.

The object of the order is the collection and management of waste from street baskets and wild dumps collected on the basis of the Department of Municipal Economy in Radlin i.e.:

1.1. Reception of unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste (from street baskets, from the city, from the purification);

1.2. Reception of selectively collected municipal waste (segregated) and green waste (BIO);

1.3. Ash reception;

1.4. Reception of large-sized waste;

1.5. Reception of construction debris and construction waste.
