1. The subject of the order is the delivery of musical instruments for the needs of the orchestra of the Teatr Wielki - Polish National Opera in the following assortment:

1) Sets of 5 pieces of timpani boilers with additional equipment.

2) Snare drums and big drum with additional equipment.

3) Marimba, xylophone and vibraphone with additional equipment.

4) Tubular bells, low bells and poly blocks with additional equipment.

2. The description of the subject of the contract (OPZ) and the manner of its implementation is presented in Annexes 1a, 1b, 1c and 1d, respectively, to the ToR, and respectively in the model contracts, specified in Annexes 5a, 5b, 5c and 5d, respectively, to the ToR.

1. The subject of the order is the delivery to the Grand Theater - National Opera of a set of 5 timpani boilers with additional equipment - 2 sets (TYPE A and TYPE B).

2. The instruments offered by the Contractor must be brand new.

3. The Contractor shall provide a guarantee of not less than 12 months for each instrument offered.

4. All offered boilers included in a given set must be from the same instrument collection.

5. A detailed qualitative and quantitative description of the subject of the contract and the manner of its implementation is presented in Annex 1a to the ToR and in the model contract respectively - Annex 5a to the ToR.

1. The subject of the order is the delivery to the Grand Theater - National Opera of instruments in the form of:

1) 14 "x6.5" snare drum with additional equipment - 1 set

2) Snare drum 14 "x5,5" with additional equipment - 1 set

3) The big drum with additional equipment - 1 set

2. The instruments offered by the Contractor must be brand new.

3. The Contractor shall provide a guarantee of not less than 12 months for each instrument offered.

4. A detailed qualitative and quantitative description of the subject of the contract and the manner of its implementation is presented in Annex 1b to the ToR and in the model contract respectively - Annex 5b to the ToR.

1. The subject of the order is delivery to the Grand Theater - National Opera of concert instruments in the form of:

1) Marimba with additional equipment - 1 set

2) Xylophone with additional equipment - 1 set

3) Vibraphone with additional equipment - 1 set

2. The instruments offered by the Contractor must be brand new.

3. The Contractor shall provide a guarantee of not less than 12 months for each instrument offered.

4. A detailed qualitative and quantitative description of the subject of the contract and the manner of its implementation is presented in Annex 1c to the ToR and in the model contract respectively - Annex 5c to the ToR.

1. The subject of the order is the delivery to the Grand Theater - National Opera of instruments in the form of:

1) Tubular bells with additional equipment - 1 set

2) Low bells with additional equipment - 1 set

3) Poly blocks - 1 set

2. The instruments offered by the Contractor must be brand new.

3. The Contractor shall provide a guarantee of not less than 12 months for each instrument offered.

4. A detailed qualitative and quantitative description of the subject of the contract and the manner of its implementation is presented in Annex 1d to the ToR and the model contract respectively - Annex 5d to the ToR.
