The purpose of this contract is the supply and delivery of products and maintenance equipment for the needs of the DRANCY DPO and its co-ownership. This is a framework agreement without minimum and with a maximum amount of 80,000 euros HT per year, concluded pursuant to Articles R.2162-1 to R.2162-14 of the Public Order Code

The purpose of this contract is the supply and delivery of products and maintenance equipment for the needs of the DPO and its condominiums for a period of one year renewable 3 times a year, without its total duration exceeding 4 years. The services will be remunerated by applying the unit prices as fixed in the unit price schedule to the quantities actually performed.
