Blackwood has worked in partnership with the proposed consultant following a design competition to develop the ‘Blackwood House’

Model for social housing, designed to meet the needs of our customers with varying levels of mobility to live as independently as possible through the use of innovative building design and the use of smart home technology. The proposed consultant holds the intellectual property rights for the Blackwood House design. The proposed award is to Building Warrant submission stage (RIBA Stage E).
