The subject of the order is the delivery of brand new (year of production 2019) non-exhibition C-type emergency ambulances with specialized medical equipment - 3 pcs, in the form of operational leasing with purchase option and the purchase of 1 C-type ambulance with specialized medical equipment for the Poviat Hospital in Kętrzyn, described in detail in the description of the subject of the contract contained in Annex 2 and 2a to the ToR.
2. List of tasks that are the subject of the contract:
Task 1. Purchase of one type C ambulance with specialized medical equipment
Task 2. Delivery of 3 C-type ambulances with specialized medical equipment in the form of operational leasing with purchase option
The medical devices offered must meet the requirements set out in the Act of 20.5.2010 on medical devices (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 175, as amended).
The subject of the order is the purchase of one type C ambulance, along with specialized medical equipment, described in detail in the description of the subject of the contract contained in Annex 2 to the ToR.
The ambulance is to meet the requirements of the current PN-EN 1789: 2015 standard in the field of type C ambulance, medical equipment is to meet the requirements of the current PN-EN 1865 standard (or equivalent standards), the Employer requires that ambulances built on base vehicles registered from the year of production 2019, from first registration as vehicles up to 3.5 tonnes of unladen mass.
The medical devices offered must meet the requirements set out in the Act of 20.5.2010 on medical devices (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 175, as amended).

Each ambulance is to meet the requirements of the current PN-EN 1789: 2015 standard in the scope of type C ambulance, medical equipment is to meet the requirements of the current PN-EN 1865 standard (or equivalent standards), the Employer requires offering built-in ambulances on base vehicles registered from the year of production 2019, with the first registration as vehicles up to 3.5 tonnes of curb weight not previously used.
The medical devices offered must meet the requirements set out in the Act of 20.5.2010 on medical devices (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 175, as amended).
