1. The subject of the Agreement is: “Construction of two penitentiary pavilions together with accompanying infrastructure in Plock Correctional Facility” under the multiannual programme “Programme for the construction of 2500 places of accommodation in 2021-2023"

1) development of pre-design, peridesign documentation and construction and executive projects of: construction industries including architectural and structural, and installation in the field of sanitary, HVAC, electrical, teletechnical and telecommunications sectors together with services accompanying for the implementation of the project documentation (hereinafter referred to as' Elaboration 'or' Documentation '), together with obtaining all required arrangements, opinions, licences and

2) conducting authorial supervision over the implementation of construction works based

for the Documentation being the subject of the Agreement, and

3) the execution of construction works to the extent specified in the Functional and Utilities Programme (hereinafter referred to as “PFU”), based on the Documentation and the Contract drawn up by the Contractor

Construction of two penitentiary pavilions together with accompanying infrastructure in Plock Correctional Facility. Penitentiary pavilions with a capacity of 250 seats each. Construction of pavilions together with infrastructure in formula design and build. The subject of the contract is the development of the project documentation together with the completion of all required arrangements, opinions, permits, conduct authorial supervision and execution of construction works in the scope specified in the Functional and Utilities Programme. The work area is subject to conservation protection in the form of an entry in the register of monuments or an entry in the register of monuments.
