NVE is in need of various language services, including but not limited to:
- Course and training in plain language
- Word processing and proofreading
- Script work
- Translation to Sami, English and possible other languages
- Translation to Nynorsk, preferably automated
The framework agreement period is 2 years, plus an option for an extension on the same terms for 1+1 year, so that the total framework agreement period is a maximum of 4 years from commencement.

The total need for assistance is unpredictable pending legislation relating to Sami language requirements. We estimate that the total billable amount will not exceed NOK 6 million within the two-year period, but this does not imply any commitment to a minimum amount. Furthermore, we estimate a maximum amount of NOK 3 million for each of the two possible years of extension.
