The contract is a service contract for daily management. It is a prerequisite that the manager role is fulfilled by a named person. The person in question will actually and formally hold the manager position in accordance with the Companies Act.

The assignment shall start 1 October 2017 and will last for two years, i.e. until 30 September 2019. In addition, the contract includes an option for a further up to two. The option gives the Contracting Authority the unilateral right to extend the contract on the same terms. The contracting authority reserves the right, in the option period, to take up the option for only parts of the option period.
