Lot 2: Special HVAC — SANITARY techniques;

Lot 3: Electrical installations;

Lot 4: Completions;

Lot 5: Approaches.

This contract concerns only LOT 1: Closed casing - Pilot company.

The other lots 2,3, 4 and 5 will be put up for auction at a later date and will be piloted by the contractor of lot 1 for a coordination fee whose mission is defined in the special specifications.

The primary wish of the client is to make L1, L2, and GMP laboratories available to its customers as well as offices linked to these labs, multipurpose spaces and commercial areas.

The purpose of the building will be to welcome and host entities active in the field of biotechnology, engineering sciences and sustainable development.
