The subject of the Order is:

"TRANSPORT OF WASTE CODE 19 12 10 – COMBUSTIBLE WASTE (ALTERNATIVE FUEL) FROM THE WASTE MANAGEMENT PLANT (ZZO) IN NOWY SĄCZ AT UL. TARNOWSKA 120 to the Waste Management Plant ul. Przemysłowa 7, 38-300 Gorlice". The order covers the period: from the date of signing the contract, but not earlier than from 1 January to 30 June 2024.

Estimated amount of waste to be transported: 11500 [Mg]. Estimated number of courses 520. The Ordering Party reserves that the amount of waste determined in this way is an indicative quantity and the transport of waste in an amount lower than specified above does not give rise to any liability on the part of the Ordering Party, with the proviso that the Contracting entity is obliged to transfer to the Contractor for transport at least 300 [Mg] of waste, and for failure to transfer this minimum amount, the Ordering Party shall be liable for damages on the general principles provided for by generally applicable law.
