The TMB plant in Battipaglia operates a mechanical-biological treatment of undifferentiated municipal waste (EER 20.03.01) coming from the collection carried out in the Province of Salerno, by virtue of the authorization integrated environmental, adopted by executive decree of the Regional Council of Campania n. 190 of 11.8.2015 and ss.mm.ii. The processing consists of a shredding for the separation of the dry fraction from the wet one. In particular, the crushed dry fraction (FST) produced is packaged in bales, the packaging takes place through a pressing, a ligation and a subsequent filming with plastic stretch film, the latter subject of supply of this tendering procedure.

The total quantities, to be supplied in the estimated 12 months, correspond to 190 000 Kg (one hundred and ninety-thousand/00 kilograms). The minimum technical characteristics of the stretch plastic film are specified in paragraph 3.3) of the relevant special specifications.
