The subject of the contract is a service consisting in the collection and management of waste from owners of inhabited properties located in the Gmina Gorzyce, between 01.07.2022 year and 31.12.2023 year.

A detailed description of the subject matter of the order is provided in Annex A to SWZ.

The subject of the contract is the collection and development of municipal waste from inhabited properties located in the territory of the Gmina Gorzyce, according to the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintenance of cleanliness and order in the municipalities (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2021 item 888, as amended), in a manner enabling the Municipality of Gorzyce to achieve adequate levels of recycling, preparation for reuse and recovery by other methods and to reduce the weight of biodegradable municipal waste transferred to storage, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on the maintenance of cleanliness and order in municipalities (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2021 item 888 as amended), resolutions on the definition of the detailed method and scope of provision of services in the field of receiving municipal waste from owners of inhabited properties and development waste, in return for a fee paid by the owner of the property for the management of municipal waste, the records of the Waste Management Plan for the Silesian Voivodeship 2016-2022 and the resolution on the Rules of Procedure for maintenance of cleanliness and order in the territory of the Municipality of Gorzyce in force from January 2021, by the Act of 14 December 2012 on Waste (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2021, item 779 as amended), as well as regulations on the implementation of the task.

Characteristics of the Municipality of Gorzyce:

Gmina Gorzyce consists of 12 sołectw, which include: Gorzyce, Gorzyczki, Olza, Odra, Osiny, Uchylsko, Rogów, Czyżowice, Turza Śląska, Kolonia Fryderyk, Bluszczów, Bełsznica. According to the Waste Management Plan for Silesian Voivodeship, Gmina Gorzyce belongs to REGION III.
