Sarastia Oy's procurement services are requesting an offer to its customers for large kitchen appliances and equipment and maintenance and repair services in accordance with the tender documents.
Hanikinta is divided into five (5) subsets.
1. Large kitchen appliances and appliances
2. Stainless Steel Trolleys
3. Post warranty maintenance and repairs/Espoo
4. Post warranty maintenance and repairs/Jyväskylä area
5. Post warranty maintenance and repairs/Pälkäneen
Competition is carried out through an open procedure on which up to three (3) contract vendors with the highest score are selected in Subset 1, and 5 up to five (5) contract vendors with the highest score in the comparison. The same provider can be selected for several subsets. The basis for the selection of competition is overall economic affordability with a weight of 80 points and the weight of quality is 20 points in subset 1 and 2. In subsets 3.4 and 5, the criteria for the selection of competition is overall economic affordability with a weight of 100 points. Minimum standards for quality allow comparison in the subsets only by price.
The contract period is a fixed term of three (3) years. In addition, the contract includes the possibility of an option period of one (1) year. The contract period begins no earlier than the procurement decision obtained by the force of law.

SUBSET 1: Large kitchen appliances and appliancesSubset 1 for the purchase of large kitchen appliances and appliances.
Large kitchen appliances and appliances include various stoves, refrigeration cabinets and freezers, food carriages, dishwashers and lines, general appliances and coffee machines.
Tender prices for large kitchen appliances and appliances include warranty period maintenance as well as periodic maintenance carried out annually throughout the contract period. In addition, the subset includes the right to acquire post-warranty maintenance and repair services (see also II.2.11 Information on additional procurement opportunities).
Competition is conducted through an open procedure and up to three (3) contract vendors with the highest points are selected in the subset.
SUBSET 2: Stainless steel trolleysSubset 2 for the purchase of stainless steel wagons.
Stainless steel wagons include storage shelf wagons, table wagons, platform wagons, hall wagons, basket wagons, Gn casserole wagons and waste wagons.
Competition is carried out through an open procedure and up to five (5) contract vendors awarded the highest points are selected in the subset.
SUBSET 3: Post-warranty maintenance and repairs /EspooSubset 3 procures maintenance and repair services after the warranty period for large kitchen appliances and appliances. The subset also includes the maintenance of cold and frozen appliances and rooms.
Subscribers acquire maintenance and repair services for pre-existing machinery and equipment. The subscriber aims to have suppliers in the framework arrangement also able to provide maintenance and repair services in addition to weekdays from 8am to 4pm on Saturdays.
Competition is carried out through an open procedure and the subset is selected
up to five (5) contract suppliers with the highest score in comparison, delivering after-sales service on both weekdays and Saturdays. If there are fewer than five (5) approved providers providing maintenance services on weekdays and Saturdays, so many providers providing maintenance services on weekdays will be selected as contract suppliers to a total of up to five (5) copies.

SUBSET 4: Post-warranty maintenance and repairs/Jyväskylä areaSubset 4 procures maintenance and repair services after the warranty period for large kitchen appliances and appliances. The subset also includes the maintenance of cold and frozen appliances and rooms.
