The subject of the contract is the delivery of a stationary X-ray machine along with:

I. Stage I

a. Disassembly and handing over of the dismantled X-ray equipment to an entity authorized for disposal certified by the acceptance protocol

b. Replacement of the floor covering in the entire workshop according to the requirements, i.e. the specification in accordance with the requirements for the room. X-ray with the installation of electrostatic charge dissipation, confirmed by electrical measurements allowing for operation. The colour of the carpet is to be agreed with the Ordering Party

c. Execution and adaptation of electrical installations in the field to the installation requirements of the equipment along with electrical measurements allowing for operation, as-built documentation

d. Replacement - Execution of installations/signalling necessary in the X-ray Laboratory

e. Delivery and installation of 2 new air conditioners, i.e. in the X-ray Laboratory and the Technician's Room in order to meet the requirements for the installed equipment, the existing infrastructure and equipment, the size of the rooms, the working staff and the appropriate thermal conditions for patients

b. Preparation of design documentation in accordance with the requirements of the PSEZ approval, including obtaining the necessary approvals and approvals
