Physical protection of military facilities by SUFO<
P xmlns="http://publications.europa.eu/resource/schema/ted/R2.0.8/publication">[1] The subject of the contract is a service consisting in the physical protection of persons and property by Specialized Armed Protection Formations (SUFO) on the premises of military complexes.

[2] Due to the location of the military complexes, the subject of the contract was divided into two parts:

Lot 1 – protection of two military complexes located in Buczek and Łask;

Part 2 – protection of the military complex located in the town of Wronowice.

Each Contractor may submit a bid for all or selected parts of the contract. The Contracting Authority does not limit the number of parts that may be entrusted to one Contractor.

[3] The Contractor's task will be the direct physical protection of areas, facilities, equipment and movable property located on the premises of individual military complexes. The service will be provided in shifts – around the clock. In addition, the scope of the contract also includes constant supervision of signals transmitted, collected and processed in electronic systems and alarm devices of the Ordering Party. The contractor will also be obliged to intervene in the protected areas of the contractor's intervention group if necessary.

[4] A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract (hereinafter referred to as the OPZ) is included in the technical specification – an attachment to the Terms of Reference, which will be made available to the Contractors invited to submit tenders at STAGE II of the procedure.
