Bolton NHS Foundation Trust is seeking to award a contract for the provision of

ready prepared cook chill meals for a maximum of five years. Including, but not

limited to, soups, main entrees, vegetarian meals, desserts and dietary meals

such as gluten free and low residue. All meals must be suitable for use in the

health care environment, in particular at Bolton NHS Foundation Trust.
