The main purpose of this contract is the provision of individual cold-link catering services. It includes the supply, preparation, cooking, conservation of foodstuffs, transport and delivery of meals to the home of each beneficiary. The services are remunerated at unit prices on the quantities actually performed.
The main tasks of the holder are as follows:
- preparation of menus, according to the specifications;
- production of classic, specific and festive meals in accordance with the qualitative and nutritional requirements defined in the specifications;
- the packaging of ready meals, according to the specifications;
- all the checks, in particular bacteriological;
- transport and delivery to the home of each beneficiary.
The incumbent's mission is carried out in strict compliance with all the standards in force.
In addition to article II1.4 of this document:
Framework agreement with single-beneficiary purchase orders governed by articles R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6 and executed in accordance with articles R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the public order code. Public market threshold set in value without minimum and with an annual maximum set at EUR 400,000 excluding tax.
As an indication and without contractual value: the number of annual meals is approximately 23,500 for lunch and 2,000 for the evening.
To date, the number of beneficiaries varies between 55 and 70 people.
