The Assignment concerns the provision of Intermediary services for the hiring of personnel (hiring, advice, consultancy by / by consultants, project managers, trainees and specialist knowledge) above scale 9.

With the conclusion of a Framework Agreement, the VRFGV wants to achieve the following:

• Hiring the best and most suitable consultants, project leaders and specialist knowledge;

• Ensuring the legality of the hiring of staff above scale 9.

• Simplifying the administrative process or reducing the administrative burden.
