The Association of Flemish Cities and Municipalities (VVSG) wants, together with the Agency for Innovation and Entrepreneurship (Vlaio), to develop a training course in strong leadership for the digital transformation of local government for VVSG members (local authorities).

We want to place an assignment for the preparation and supervision of a training program tailored to our members. With this training program we want to provide local politicians and top management in local authorities with the necessary skills to make the digital change.

We want to place an assignment for the preparation and supervision of a training program tailored to our members.

With this training program we want to provide local politicians and top management in local authorities with the necessary skills to make the digital change.

The assignment consists of three main components:

1) the development of training material tailored to local authorities and the development of a training program;

2) facilitating and supervising the training process. This entails giving lessons, workshops, lectures within that process and issuing a certificate for the participants who complete the training;

3) release the teaching material (online and offline) so that it can be included in a digital toolkit for all local authorities. All developed lessons must be available to the client (VVSG) at no extra cost, during and after the training, so that they can include this in an online digital toolkit for all members.
