The purpose of the contract is to support the MEL and the City of Roubaix in the design and implementation of a development project within the specific framework of the Partnership Development Project. The latter aims both to define a global strategy for the territory but also to implement it operationally in three sectors, in particular the city of Roubaix. The context of the project - in an unattractive territory and with significant economic and social stakes - invites us to look for innovative and specific ways of designing and implementing the development project, also in response to environmental and ecological issues. This contract is composed of a lump sum part and a purchase order part.
