SERV is looking for a partner for adjustments (project work), further development and maintenance of the Microsoft Business Central-based core insurance system from 2022 to 2027.

In addition to functional improvements, the adjustments also include the introduction of entire modules. The implementation is to take place in several implementation units.

The client wants to have a fixed contractual partner over the entire period. If the client is entitled to terminate the contract for good cause, it wants to be able to use a replacement partner without delay. For this reason, two surcharges are envisaged.
