The subject of this contract is the construction of the University Dental Center of the Medical University of Gdańsk at M. Skłodowska-Curie Street in Gdańsk together with the supply of specific equipment

in Annex 3 to the SWZ and obtaining an occupancy permit for the above-mentioned building.

The subject of the contract includes the execution of all necessary works and activities for the construction of the University Dental Center along with the delivery of equipment specified in Annex 3 to the SWZ and obtaining an occupancy permit.

The detailed scope of the contract and the conditions of implementation are specified in the Description of the subject of the contract, constituting Annex 3 to the SWZ. Other conditions for the performance of the contract are set out in the Draft provisions of the public procurement agreement, constituting Annex 4 to the SWZ.

If it is necessary to perform other works, activities or permits to perform the subject of the contract, the contractor will perform these works and activities and obtain the necessary permits at its own expense and effort.
