The subject of the public contract includes maintenance works in the street green belts of Chorzów with a total area of approx. 27.40 ha, in particular:

- ongoing maintenance of order and cleanliness in the belts,

- mowing lawns and making them,

- care for trees and shrubs.

The task is divided into 2 parts (regions):

part I - AREA A CHORZÓW CENRTUM, CHORZÓW BATORY o POW.

part II - REGION B CHORZÓW II, CHORZÓW STARY, MACIEJKOWICE with an area of 125 417 m2.

part I - REGION A CHORZÓW CENRTUM, CHORZÓW BATORY with an area of 148 625 m2

General characteristics of the subject of the order (common to all parts (regions)) — Annex 9 to the SWZ.

The order must be executed in accordance with the attached general characteristics of the subject of the contract and with the attached bills of quantities (Annexes No. 12A) and work schedules (Annexes No. 10A), separate for each part (region) of the contract. The annexes to the SWZ are bills of quantities (attachments No. 12A), the table of district measurements (attachments No. 11A), the schedule of works (Annexes No. 10A) and the list of plants (Annexes No. 13A).

The Contracting Authority stipulates, pursuant to Article 60 of the Law p.z.p., that works related to the maintenance of greenery (as key parts of the order) i.e. the works listed in the subjects in Chapter I GREEN cannot be subprocessed. Thus, the Contractor is obliged to perform these works personally.
