Limanowskiego 42. Molecular biology plasma testing for three virological markers should be performed in a single donation or in pools of no more than 6 samples. The minimum number of tests ordered to the Contractor for implementation over a 12-month period will be 20,000 blood donations.

Secured and described blood samples will be provided:

At a distance of max 120 km from the seat of the Employer to the seat of the Contractor - this is the maximum allowable distance between the contractor's laboratory and the seat of RCKiK

In Radom,

The time of transporting blood samples to the Contractor is max 2.5 hours,

Radom - ........ rail transport, by hours agreed by both parties,

And the collection of samples from the railway station in .... from the transporter will be made by the Contractor at his own expense and risk,

Or own transport to the Contractor's headquarters,

Or express courier service.
