1.The subject of the contract is the provision of manual sorting services of municipal waste along with the performance of preparatory works for waste sorting and works consisting in manual dismantling of bulky waste at the Waste Management Plant (ZZO) in Legnica at Rzeszotarska Street. 2.The estimated number of man-hours in the provision of the services covered by the contract is 164,160 man-hours. The Ordering Party reserves that the above estimated number of man-hours may change depending on the needs of the Ordering Party. The Ordering Party guarantees the minimum number of man-hours to be worked during the period of this contract, i.e. 50,000 man-hours. 3.The Contractor is obliged to provide in the place indicated by the Contracting Authority in the ZZO a social and living room in accordance with health and safety requirements for employees delegated to perform the service. The social and living room should be equipped with washbasins, shower cabins and toilets.

1.The scope of works includes: 1) manual sorting of mixed and raw material municipal waste into fractions (plastics, foil, waste paper, glass and other materials indicated by the Ordering Party) at the mechanical sorting line and in other places indicated by the Ordering Party in the ZZO, 2) manual sorting of other waste (e.g. construction) into individual fractions (plastics, foil, waste paper, glass, etc.) in places indicated by the Ordering Party in the ZZO, 3) works related to the preparation of waste for sorting and unloading, i.e. separation of terraced waste, tearing bags, etc., 4) manual dismantling of bulky waste using simple tools provided by the Contractor (hammers, axes, crowbars, hand saws, etc.), 5) maintaining order at the workplace and in the adjacent environment, 6) cleaning works in the ZZO and adjacent area. 2.Us The service will be provided: 1) in sorting plant no. 2 (mixed waste) by 38 employees from Monday to Friday from 06.30 to 14.30 and from 14.00 to 22.00 (shift work) and by 20 employees on Saturdays from 07.00 to 15.00, 2) in the case of dismantling bulky waste by 2 employees 5 days a week (eight-hour shift). The Contracting Authority reserves the right to modify the working time, including the number of hours per shift, about which it will inform the Contractor at least 24 hours before the planned modification. The modification of working time may also concern the start of the third shift. 3.The contracting authority provides that the work will be performed from Monday to Friday by 40 people during the day, and on Saturdays by 20 people. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to modify the number of employees (decrease or increase), about which it will inform the Contractor at least 24 hours before the planned modification. 4.The Contractor shall appoint: 1) Foremen (at least two persons) who will supervise and coordinate the work of persons performing activities covered by the subject of the contract, 2) OHS Coordinator, who will supervise compliance with health and safety regulations by persons performing activities covered by the subject of the contract and will be a contact person with the Contracting Authority in the field of occupational health and safety issues. Foremen and the OHS Coordinator should demonstrate knowledge of the Polish language, and in the case of employment by the Contractor or Subcontractor of foreigners who do not speak Polish, also the language or languages used by employees delegated by the Contractor or Subcontractor to perform the contract. 5.Before submitting the offer, the Contractor has the opportunity to make a site inspection of the area where the subject of the contract will be implemented and to familiarize himself with the quality of waste collected at the ZZO in Legnica. Detailed records concerning the on-site inspection are included in point V.4 of the SWZ.
