The SMICTOM of Chinonais provides its 75,000 inhabitants with a park of 11 waste disposal facilities spread throughout the territory.
SMICTOM has decided to undertake a rehabilitation and construction process, with a triple objective of quality of service for individuals and professionals, good working conditions for agents and multiplication of sorting flows at source.
The SMICTOM project aims to carry out the renovation of all the network's waste disposal facilities according to different levels of work, ranging from compliance work to the reconstruction of undersized or obsolete sites. This work must make it possible to meet the requirements of the regulations, to secure as much as possible the reception of users and to increase the flexibility of the reception of waste.
In general, the project revolves around the renovation or reconstruction of 7 sites and compliance work on 3 sites.
