Skien municipality will engage engineering designers for the preparation of a preliminary project and detailed engineering design of Torggata, Kongens Gate and parts of Telemarksgata in Skien centre. The Contracting Authority intends to enter into a contract for both a preliminary project and detailed engineering design, but reserves the right to terminate the contract after completion of the preliminary project.
