The subject of the contract are successive deliveries of diesel oil with own collection, at the Contractor's service station, for diesel engines of class B, D, F. Supplied fuels must meet the requirements of the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 9 October 2015 on quality requirements for liquid fuels (Journal of Laws of 23 October 2015, item 1680, as amended, Journal of Laws of 2020, item 727) of the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 25 March 2010 on methods of testing the quality of liquid fuels (text uniform OJ 2017, item 247, as amended), and the requirements of Polish Standards PN-EN 590+A1:2017-06 The contractor must provide the opportunity to purchase fuel using a fleet card.
