the contract concerns a mission of monitoring and animation of the Program of general interest "Living better and renting better in Provence verte" on the territory of the Agglomeration Community of Provence Verte excluding the perimeter of the Development Concession of the city of Brignoles and the OPAH RU of the municipality of Saint Maximin.

The procedure followed is the Open call for tenders subject to the provisions of Articles R.2124-1, L.2124-2 and R.2161.2 to R.2161-5 of the Public Procurement Code.

This is a framework agreement with single-awarding purchase orders without reopening competition, when orders are placed pursuant to Articles R.2162-1 to R.2162-6 and R.2162-13 to R.2162-14 of the CCP.

The total amount of orders for the initial duration of the contract is:

Min annual amount: 0.00 euros (excl. VAT).

Max annual amount: 150 000.00 euros (excluding VAT).

Purchase orders will be notified by the contracting authority as and when necessary

The content of the mission is described in the Special Technical Clauses (Cctp) and in the unit and fixed price schedule.

Its duration is set at 2 firm years (24 months). Each contract year includes a maximum order amount set at 150,000 euros (excluding VAT).

The contract is not renewable.

If during the contract year the maximum annual amount is reached, the next annual contract period will start automatically; Orders will therefore not be blocked but the total duration of the contract will be reduced
