Framework agreement with purchase orders for the provision of child transport and occasional transport services / September 2019 - August 2022. Open invitation to tender subject to the provisions of Articles L. 2124-2 and R. 2124-2 1 o and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the Public Order Code. Framework agreement with mini and without maxi passed in application of articles L. 2125-1 1 o , R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the public order code, will result in the issue of purchase orders:

- lot 1: transport of children from the townships of Givet / Vireux for school and sports activities,

- lot 2: transport of children from the cantons of Fumay / Revin for school and sports activities,

- lot 3: occasional transport of persons.

Applicants have the opportunity to submit bids for all lots. The same candidate may be awarded a maximum number of 3 lots. Each lot is devolved separately, to a single attribute.

- school transportation to the Vireux-Wallerand community pool,

- transportation of students from the sports section of the Collège de Vireux-Wallerand to the Vireux-Molhain football pitch,

- transportation of the "Football" class from Vireux-Wallerand for the friendly matches, at set schedules from the Collège de Vireux-Wallerand to the Vireux-Molhain football pitch,

- transportation of students from the multidisciplinary section of Vauban College to Givet to the sports sites concerned.

School transportation to the community pools of Fumay, Revin and Vireux-Wallerand.

- occasional transport of people such as elected representatives of the community during the study mission,

- transport of school children in the context of specific actions (environmental protection awareness, outings of the football class, etc.).
