The Seinäjoki Education Consortium will ask for your offer for the demolition of the old A-building building of the Törnäväntie property, which is part of the three campuses, and for the construction of the new A building with its yard areas (Törnäväntie 24 - phase 2).
The procurement procedure is an open procedure and the entire construction project is treated as a procurement above the EU threshold. Anyone who meets the eligibility criteria can submit an offer.
The properties of the project, the Three Campuses, will be in educational use during construction. The properties consist of three separate campuses in Seinäjoki at Kirkkokatu 10, Törnäväntie 24 and Rastaantaival 2.

A demolition permit and a building permit have been applied for. The demolition permit is final. The contractor is responsible for obtaining the permits related to the performance.

-Electrical contract (S-contract) involving electrical work as planned
-Building automation truck (RAU contract) including construction automation work as planned
Scope of the contract
The modifications to the premises and outdoor areas will be carried out according to plan.
The main contractor is subject to obligations under contract terms YSE 98.
Make a work schedule
The main contractor must draw up a work schedule and staging before starting work, which must be marked weekly. The staging and schedule must be approved by the developer. The work schedule shall take into account the needs of the developer. The timetable thus established shall be adopted jointly as a binding timetable.
During the construction period, it should be noted that all other buildings on campus continue teaching activities throughout the construction site.
Special considerations must be paid to the H-section (ex. Törnäväsali) and the canteen and food education in the E-building, as well as the daily lorry traffic that runs there.
